No child should live in a household without heat or lights. Attached are flyers for the Center's fall utility clinics in the Hartford area (10/19 - West Indian Social Club; 10/24 - St. Francis Hospital). Attendees will receive assistance with negotiating utility bills as well as budget counseling. Community agencies will be on site to provide additional support.   Please forward the information to interested colleagues. Everyone is welcome.
Please contact me if you need additional information.
