This workshop covers each of the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership (Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, Encourage
the Heart). The Five Practices provide participants with a roadmap for effective organizational leadership and individual assessment.
