The following message is being sent on behalf of the Payroll Department: SUBJECT: ENTRY OF PPE 12/22 WORK STUDY HOURS DATE: 12/21/2016 Good afternoon, As you know, students who have full academic year work study awards may begin to use their spring awards as of 12/9/16. Unfortunately, due to a technical issue in Core-CT, work-study hours entered for the period of 12/9 – 12/22/2016 are generating exceptions. Please note that although students may receive a message that their work study balance has been exceeded, this will not prevent students from entering in hours worked on their timesheets. The Payroll Department will ensure that these exceptions are cleared and will communicate directly with the impacted departments, so that supervisors will be able to approve this time.
