Hey Dan,

The answer as far as I can tell is no not in ArcGIS.

But, in Adobe Acrobat you can edit the preferences, and set the page display from auto to 100%.  Voila, now you’ll open at the map’s scale.

Cheers!

Chris

Subject: Exporting a PDF from ArcMap so it opens at 100% Magnification Level in Adobe

Hi All,

Is there any way to export a PDF in ArcMap so it will open at 100% magnification level in Adobe Reader?  I realize there are settings in Adobe to do this but wanted to know if there are settings in ArcMap that would allow the PDF when exporting to open instantly at 100% vs. 198% as it currently does.  I have an obsessive / compulsive Project Manager!

Thank You in Advance,

Dan
