2017 CDGA Educational Experience

Tolland Agricultural Center – 24 Hyde Ave. Vernon/Rockville, CT
The Connecticut Educational Experience Day is designed for 4-H, FFA, or any youth ages 7-19,
parents, leaders, and goat enthusiasts looking to expand their knowledge of goat care, health,
and general skills.
The day is scheduled as four interactive workshops with two tracks for youth, split by Junior and
Senior, and one track for adults. There will be informative presentations during lunch time.

Please bring your own lunch, it will NOT be provided.
The cost for the day will be $10 per person.
Youth under the age of 14 MUST have a parent or adult chaperone on premises. Adults
responsible for youth are welcome to register in the adult program.
The buildings may be cold, please dress appropriately. Live goats will be handled, closed toe
shoes are a MUST. Do NOT bring your own goat.
