The line is staffed M-F 9-5; a message can be left anytime requesting help. 

Low-income immigrants living in Connecticut will receive

· free screening and advice regarding legal rights,

· information about how to protect yourself and your family if you are detained,

· and other assistance. 

Immigrants of higher income will receive referral to appropriate resources.
