Passing this along to anyone interested.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In February,  the Census Bureau mailed out letters to municipal and county governments detailing  the upcoming LUCA (Local Update of Census Addresses) operation.   The New York Regional Office (Geography Department) is currently offering informational workshop venues around the state of Connecticut that are open to government officials or anyone interested in the project.   The CT State Data Center will be posting a list of the venues as they become available, with links to the Eventbrite pages that allow registration.

In most instances, the LUCA presentation will be followed by a demonstration workshop in which attendees may learn how Census demographic data are accessed from the American Factfinder website.

We will additionally set up some webinars at later dates.  If you need extra information, please contact us at:  [log in to unmask]
