Spring Utility Clinic - Help for Vulnerable Clients No family should be without heat or lights. The Center for Children's Advocacy's Spring Utility Clinics will be held in Hartford on May 5, 2017 and in New Haven on May 11, 2017. Attendees will meet with pro bono volunteers and with utility companies' representatives with the goal of avoiding utility termination and lowering utility bills. Other social agency providers will be on site to provide other assistance and support. All are welcome. Flyers for the events in English and in Spanish are attached.
