Advocacy Groups and Bridgeport Schools Clash over Language Services

In Our Language Please (see full report attached) includes a survey of 113 parents on behalf of 146 of some 3,400 English Language Learners in the district and calls for more to be done to communicate with parents.
"This is a violation of civil rights laws," said Edwin Colon, an attorney for the Center for Children's Advocacy.
