Blue Marble Geographics is happy to announce that we will be hosting a User Conference meeting in our home state of Maine in the fall.  Join us for a day of engaging talks and networking on September 29 at the South Maine Community College Campus in South Portland.

Blue Marble User Conference (BMUC) attendees will have an opportunity to gain insight into current and future product plans; to hear from interesting and innovative users of Blue Marble's geospatial tools; to pick up useful tips and tricks for optimizing the application of both Global Mapper and Geographic Calculator; and to participate in the on-going collaborative development process by providing feedback and requests to the Blue Marble team.

Registration is required for all attendees and space is limited. A nominal fee of $25.00 will cover the cost of lunch. Government employees can attend for free. For more information and to reserve your slot, visit: www.bluemarblegeo.com/bmuc/index.php

Date: September 29th, 2017

Time: 9am-4pm

Location: Southern Maine Community College

Interested in speaking at BMUC? As with previous BMUC events, a significant portion of the agenda will be available for customers and users of Blue Marble products to share their experience and applications. To that end, the call for presenters for the Portland event is now open. For more information or to submit your presentation proposal visit: bluemarblegeo.com/bmuc/call-for-papers.php.

Participation in the Blue Marble User Conference (BMUC) provides speakers with an opportunity to share and promote their company's business practices and products with an audience of like-minded professionals. This exposure not only extends to those in attendance but also, through Blue Marble's marketing communication channels, to a worldwide audience of GIS and geodetic specialists. To be considered for inclusion in the conference agenda, a presentation proposal must incorporate the use of Blue Marble technology or products as a standalone solution or as part a collaborative workflow.

If you have any questions, please let me know. Hope to see you there!

Thank you,

Myles LaBonte
