Your abstract (maximum of 250 words), The author listing (name and organization only). Currently, the Poster Social is planned for Monday (Nov 6th) afternoon and the Lightning Talks are scheduled for Tuesday (Nov 7th) afternoon. Come and participate in one
or both!
RESERVE YOUR OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS
Deadline: Monday, October 16
Overnight accommodations are available at the Newport Marriott at a discounted group rate of $155/night plus tax (currently at 13%). Reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date of Monday, October 16, 2017 in order to be eligible
for the group rate. Please be aware that NEARC works on behalf of its constituents by negotiating favorable rates with the host hotel, and receives complimentary meeting space and other concessions because of our room block contract commitment with the hotel.
A discounted registration rate is available to attendees staying at the Newport Marriott! To make a reservation,
