Dear all, tomorrow (Tuesday) there will be a seminar talk by John Dever, a graduate student from GaTech. The talk may be potentially interesting to all connected to non-smooth analysis on metric measure spaces. The title is "Local space and time scaling exponents for diffusion on a compact metric space" and the abstract is here http://www.math.uconn.edu/research/Analysis-and-Probability-Seminar/ The talk will be essentially non-probabilistic. The main idea is to try to develop concepts similar to the Hausdorff measure, but related to an intrinsic Laplacian. The time is 8:30am, in MONT 214 Everybody is welcome. All the best, Sasha _________________________________________ A.
