Meghan, For municipal, regional, and State government, along with non-profits working within the State of Connecticut and entities like consultants doing work on behalf of one of the other previously mentioned entities, the licensed 9-1-1 street centerline is available. All that is required is for the chief executive for the entity to sign a one-time MOU/Memorandum of Understanding to receive this data. (The MOU process has been drastically simplified, making life much easier for the signer and yours truly. :)) Any of these entities can email me directly and we can get the process started.
