Meghan, I am not sure if you will be able to find one source. However, I have found that the various regional council of governments may have this data available. For example, WestCOG has great GIS coverages available for download: https://westcog.org/gis-and-analytics/data/downloads/ , which include the street centerlines in their region. Regards, Michael P.
