Hello!

 

We’ve been experiencing an interesting issue with Collector, and I’m curious if anyone else has experienced anything similar.

 

Occasionally, the end user will not see any of our internal data in the map. Usually, we can fix this with either switching between maps or signing out and back in to Collector. Once in a while, however, the only way to resolve it is to have the user log out, then log in on another iPad, then log back in to their iPad. Logging a different user on to the same iPad then logging back in does not resolve the issue; the user must log in to another iPad. It seems likely that the issue is on the server end, but I’m not 100% certain since we don’t have the same issue with Survey123.

 

What I’m having trouble discerning is whether the issue is in Portal, our larger server/network environment, or in how Collector communicates with Portal. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to run it to ground?
