Please let me know if you have questions IN ADDITION leasers must fill out Annual CT 4-H Volunteer/Club Leader Enrollment and Agreement Form found on same page! Please re enroll right away - do not wait. Potential 4-H fair officers and mentors should do their paperwork now and leaders please do your annual form before October 22.
