Hi All, We are in the process of scoping an upgrade to the existing web-based front end components of our GIS and will be looking for a contractor to do the development work. If you have written an RFP for such a project, would you mind sharing it? This application will interact not only with Arc REST services, but also with one or more third-party apps/databases.
