Hello NEARC --

Here's a particularly good interactive map of light pollution.  It has 
good layers, it's based on good physics (analysis tools) and offers 
different years.  Good science through GIS.  Needless to say, this is 
mostly wasted light shining up at the satellite and a good place to cut 
electrical waste and CO2.
