CT DEEP has just announced 2 new part time positions available in the Office of Information Management, Hartford.

One of the positions is focused on ArcGIS skills, and the other is for a geoscientist with field and GIS mapping skills.

The Connecticut Geological Survey of DEEP is focusing on digital geologic map production utilizing the National Cooperative Geologic Mapping Program GeMS geodatabase schema, to update detailed bedrock mapping statewide. Both of these positions are durational, lasting 1040 hours for a maximum of 12 months. Compensation is hourly $12-$14, flexible work week with 2-5 full days/week expected.
