Hi folks,

I am attempting to create a map tile package in ArcGIS Pro 2.3.2 and I am running into a strange error and was curious if anyone knew of a work around.

I would like to create 16 different custom scale levels for my tile package, using an XML file that works in ArcMap, but when setting the level of detail option to define the number of scales to be created I get an error for any number chosen larger than 10. However, the fly-out menu for the error tells me that I can select any number between 1-20 AND the online help states the level of detail option ‘Specifies the number of scale levels at which tiles will be generated for the package. Possible values are 1 through 24.’

I have searched GeoNet and Esri bug reports, but haven’t found any reference to this yet.

Has anyone else run into this issue or is it something that I was lucky enough to stumble upon?

Any and all suggestions are welcome!

Below is a screenshot of the error in ArcGIS Pro.

Thank you!
