Hi Thank you to everyone that responded to my post. We are only upgrading Arc Server 10.5.1 and we are not running Arc Portal. Based on responses, I will probably hold on upgrading until the end of 2019 and will evaluate Arc Server 10.7.1 when released as a possible candidate for our upgrade as we have large data sets which generate large packet sizes.
