I have the same problem with ArcPro 2.3 and I just bought a new computer! I followed ESRIs recommendations before purchasing but it still happens. Any ideas? I will install the patch ASAP. After decades as an early-adopter of new ESRI releases, I can't upgrade to 10.7 because the crime analysts I support are stuck at 10.6.1.
