Hello, We are planning to transition from ArcMap Desktop to ArcGIS Pro and are looking for someone to come in and assess our situation. As part of this transition, we would like someone to look at our hardware/server configurations, licenses, and our data management to give expert recommendations on how we can improve. Some of the issues that we are facing include the sluggishness of GIS (especially remotely) and needing to develop some best practices to manage all the data on our servers. Someone with knowledge of licensing of ESRI products would also be beneficial to assist in the transition from Desktop to Pro.
