Dear Faculty and Staff Colleagues: I write to invite you to attend an employee town hall meeting with me this coming Monday, October 21 at noon in the Student Union Theatre on the Storrs campus. As I did earlier this week at UConn Health in Farmington, I will give opening remarks, discussing what I see as the critical questions facing the university, as well as my key priorities for the institution over the near and long term. But, more importantly, I would also very much like to hear from you - your perspectives, questions, comments and feedback - allowing us to have a conversation. Employees do not need to utilize accrued time to attend this discussion, and I would ask that supervisors be flexible in allowing employees to attend while ensuring appropriate coverage within your units. The session will be recorded and posted online for any who aren't able to attend. Hope to see you there.
