Just a reminder that we will be holding our Annual Middlesex/New Haven County 4-H Fair Meeting and County Achievement Night on the above date. Year-end of 4-H Fair awards and county recognition for both members and clubs will be presented at this time. 2019-2020 elected 4-H Fair officers and advisors ratified at the November election meeting will be formally inducted. It is important that ALL Fair Officers and Advisors attend as we will be taking a formal group photo.

We are asking each family whose last names begin with the letters A-L to please bring finger foods (fruit/veggie/cheese & cracker platters) and families with last names beginning with the letters M-Z are asked to bring finger food desserts (cookies, brownies). The 4-H Fair Association will provide coffee, tea, cold drinks and paper goods.

Those who are planning to help with set-up – please arrive around 1:00 p.m. Thank you to the members, volunteers and families of Pitchforks & Pencils 4-H Club for volunteering to help set up. We will need people to stay afterward and assist with the cleanup.
