Yesterday the bill was referred to the Joint Committee on Planning and Development. This morning they scheduled their public hearing for Wed March 11^th at 10am. House Bill 5476 is 8^th on the agenda, here is a link  https://www.cga.ct.gov/2020/pddata/pha/pdf/2020PHA00311-R001000PD-PHA.PDF
