6:30 PM EST | Netflix Watch Party & Post Film Discussion: Lionheart

Looking to take a break after finals, but still looking to be globally engaged? Lionheart is a 2018 Nigerian drama film, and the first Netflix original film to be produced in Nigeria. Join Irvine Peck's-Agaya for a viewing and short-post movie discussion about major themes in the movie.

Film Synopsis: "Running a company can be challenging, especially if you are a female in a male-dominated industry. Looking to prove her worth, Adaeze steps up to the challenge when her father is forced to take a step back due to health issues."

Wednesday, May 13, 2020: SIGN UP BY TUESDAY, MAY 12 at 3:00 PM

4:00 PM EST | Relaxation and Conversation with Global Gateways

Global Gateways, a program under the Asian American Cultural Center (AsACC), will be leading simple activities and allow participants to follow along while we discuss how they are adjusting and coping with quarantine. As this session will be interactive and offer students a space to talk about their experiences, this session will not be recorded.
