Dear Student Supervisors, As a follow up to an earlier communication, we have gained clarity as it relates to off-campus students who secure on-campus/in-person employment. Off-campus students are required to be tested prior to re-entry to campus. Upon uploading the test result, students will be sent an automated "COVID-19 clearance" with the date of the clearance. The COVID clearance is a secure message that cannot be printed, students will need screen shot the message and then send it to their employers electronically. Under no circumstances should student employees share test results or medical records with their supervisors, ONLY the COVID clearance from SHaW.
