I'm a data scientist at WestCOG, where we've been working on a unified zoning symbology for our municipalities. I believe that there would be significant value in establishing a statewide standard for zoning symbology to facilitate comparison of zoning codes across municipal boundaries. The recently created Zoning Atlas is a fantastic example of how impactful such a standard could be.

At the request of Mike Towle, I'm assembling a working group to discuss the development of a Statewide Zoning Standard. I'm aiming for a group of around 7 folks; if anyone is interested in participating, please reach out to me at [log in to unmask].
