Hi Michael,

We use Project Templates that specify not only layout templates, maps, and common data folders but also toolboxes. This works well if all of your users have access to shared network directories.

Subject: [External] Default Toolbox Question

*Message sent from a system outside of UConn.*

All,

I have a group of geoprocessing tools I've developed over the years, and I'm looking for a way to access them by default in every new project (ArcPro).

I see there's an option in ArcPro in the main menu for changing the default toolbox to something user specific (Project > Options > Current Settings> 'Default Toolbox'). Does anyone know of a better way?

tl;dr What's the easiest way for users to access your python tools throughout your organization?

Best,

Michael Gallotta
