Dear Middlesex and New Haven County 4-H Fair Families, This year we will be distributing parking passes differently. Please read the instructions below carefully. This email cannot be forwarded by you. Please ask for all the passes for anyone who will be going to the fair to see anyone in your family exhibit! The best news is – that for the 2021 Middlesex and New Haven County 4-H Fair they are FREE! Each family can request 4-H Fair parking passes by filling out the information on https://forms.gle/AMscfMzrFyoKQtqA8 completely. People who arrive on the grounds need to display their pass at ALL times. Please leave it on the dashboard of your vehicle to indicate you are an official guest of the fair. They will STOP at the manned gate and receive instruction on exactly where to park. As always – there are many excited children on the grounds and all vehicles should drive carefully and slowly to keep everyone safe. Handicap parking will be made available to those with both a fair pass and a state issued handicap placard. Handicap parking guests will either be escorted to the area, or shown the area if visible from your initial interaction with gate staff. Guests who do not have a valid parking pass for the 2021 fair WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. It is vital you tell family or guests exactly how important having their pass is. NO passes will be obtained at the gate. It is critical you fill out the information now on the form. We need form responses by JULY 26th 2021 to process and ready the passes. Please do not delay, if you are not sure – sign up for a pass now – it’s better to have one than not be able to get one! Thanks so much! Can’t wait to see you at the fair!
