Municipal Parcels

Connecticut does not have a statewide parcel layer but every town has parcels. CT ECO has pulled the municipal parcel datasets together (thanks to the COGs and OPM) into a viewer and services. The Connecticut Parcels pages on CT ECO include background, frequently asked questions, help and links to the viewer, services and download from OPM.

APA and NDDB Services Moving

The Aquifer Protection Areas (APAs) and Natural Diversity Database (NDDB) services on CT ECO are updated periodically by DEEP. Moving forward, CT ECO viewers will link to the CT DEEP feature services. The APA and NDDB services on the CT ECO ctmaps server will no longer be updated and will eventually be stopped. If you connect to these services, please update the links.
