I would like to commend Emily Wilson for her work standing up these high-value viewers and services.  Please note that the next round of municipal parcel/CAMA updates is occurring now, and OPM/CT ECO will make these datasets available upon receiving them from the COGs.

Municipal Parcels

Connecticut does not have a statewide parcel layer but every town has parcels. CT ECO has pulled the municipal parcel datasets together (thanks to the COGs and OPM) into a viewer and services. The Connecticut Parcels pages on CT ECO include background, frequently asked questions, help and links to the viewer, services and download from OPM.

APA and NDDB Services Moving

The Aquifer Protection Areas (APAs) and Natural Diversity Database (NDDB) services on CT ECO are updated periodically by DEEP. Moving forward, CT ECO viewers will link to the CT DEEP feature services. The APA and NDDB services on the CT ECO ctmaps server will no longer be updated and will eventually be stopped. If you connect to these services, please update the links.

1934 Aerial Photography Mosaic

The scanned and georeferenced mosaic of 1934 statewide aerial photography created by MAGIC is now available on CT ECO as an image service. Learn about the dataset as well as how to view, connect and download on the CT ECO 1934 Aerial Photos page.
