This is being sent to the 4-H Fair, New Haven & Middlesex 4-H Distribution Lists: First we want to thank everyone for their hard work on Saturday. You were able to get the fairgrounds ready in record time!! Many of you were able to pick up your parking passes on Saturday and more of you are planning on stopping by tomorrow between the hours of 1 and 8 pm to pick up your passes. So many people signed up past the deadline, it became impossible to send the passes out in a timely fashion so we will be leaving a pass and a list of people receiving them at the main gate at the top of the hill. If you ordered them to be sent to someone, please let them know this as well. We have 3 dogs registered to be showing on Saturday in the Dog show which will be held in the t-barn across from the Home Arts building. The 4-H members will be providing their animal’s paperwork to the dog show supervisor and understand that they are to only keep their dog in the dog show exhibit building. All dog owners, including 4-H members for their project animals, will need to provide the appropriate paperwork which would include vaccination for distemper, rabies and parvovirus. Just remember, no dogs are allowed in either the home arts or livestock buildings. Our 4-H Fair is compliant with ADA certified service dogs. Once again, if you have ordered passes for friends and family, please make them aware of our dog policy. See you at the 4-H Fair.
