This year the officer team has done a corporate mailing for donations.  A list of which business have already been contacted can be obtained by requesting it through email, send request to Emily. If you have a company or sponsor who would like to sponsor the fair at $250.00 or higher please request the corporate packet so that they can receive the proper information for that level of donation. The information provided is what will be published on behalf of your sponsor.  Please be sure that you are filling out all forms completely, accurately and clearly.  
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS – you are welcomed and encouraged to participate – if your total is high enough- you can win the incentives!

We have attached a document with all the paperwork – feel free to make as many copies as you think you will need or contact us to make arrangements to pick up copies.  Make sure you read the document thoroughly as there are changes from past efforts. Live turn in will be in person at the Middlesex Extension Center on June 1st – same time as fair registration.  See packet for drop of instructions.
