GIS Program Manager

The Town of Concord is seeking a full-time Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Program Manager to manage the Town’s GIS program by developing plans and strategies to support a framework of applications and hardware to further GIS interests for the community. Involved in budgeting, vendor management, procurement, planning and infrastructure replacement. The role oversees an .8 FTE GIS Analyst and two separate third-party providers. Position requires strong knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS. Candidates must have effective communication, customer service and administrative skills. Salary range: $69,763-$99,202 (starting salary based on qualifications), plus full benefits package, including a pension.  We value diversity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
