The Bristol County Water Authority (BCWA) in Warren, RI is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, team focused GIS Coordinator.  Responsibilities include the maintenance, implementation, improvement, and expansion of the BCWA’s geographic information system (GIS).  Additional responsibilities include development of engineering plans and distribution system mapping using ArcGIS software, integration with work order management and other BCWA software programs, software maintenance, database maintenance, software optimization and researching and implementing new GIS technologies.

A bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, planning or other related field and two years of professional experience, preferably with a water or wastewater utility using GIS system, is required.
