Dear Students and Scholars,

The ISSS offices on the Storrs, Hartford, Stamford and School of Law campuses will be closed on Monday in observance of the Independence Day holiday. We will reopen on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 according to our normal hours of operation.

For Storrs Campus students the WILI Boom Box Parade is a great tradition that takes place every year on July 4 starting at 11:00 a.m.  You can choose to watch the parade on Main Street in Willimantic or march in the parade too!  You just need to be wearing some red, white and blue clothing and you need a radio (a “boom box”) tuned to 1400 AM or 95.3 FM to play the parade music.
