The Finger Lakes Probability Seminar will take place on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning, February 24
and 25, 2023 in Binghamton NY. It is a regional conference modeled after the Midwest Probability Colloquium
and the Northeast Probability Seminar. After pausing for a few years because of COVID, we are starting up again.
The speakers will be

Allan Sly (Princeton University)
In addition, there will be time for short contributed talks.
