Free online option that I’ve used in the past, includes a bubble with video of your face overlaid on the recording. Videos are stored on their website by default but can be downloaded. The free version does have a 5-minute/25 video limit:

I have had some success with Xbox Game Bar which I found on my laptop. And I see that Powerpoint has the ability to record video.
