Just in case you had not seen the warning on ArcGIS Online (AGOL). Esri will be performing maintenance and updates to AGOL later tonight. Here is the exact message Esri has posted to AGOL.
“The ArcGIS.com system will be undergoing maintenance on October 25th, 2023 between the times of 5pm and midnight Pacific Time. While we don't anticipate any significant downtime, you may experience some minimal disruption during this
maintenance period.”
During that time AGOL resources will not be reliably available. This will include basemaps, AGOL published maps and services, custom web apps created and hosted in AGOL and more. This could also interrupt access to ArcGIS Pro for those
using Named User Licenses.
If you have any applications, web maps or data published and hosted in AGOL based on my past experience, I suggest you test them after the maintenance window is complete to verify the Esri updates have not caused any issues. This is especially
true for any that have been around for a few years and were created with applications such as Web AppBuilder.
