Come work with the Connecticut GIS Office and help us continue to make an impact on the geospatial community in Connecticut.

We are hiring a GIS Coordinator to help coordinate, manage projects, collaborate on, and perform advanced analyses to support state agencies and other stakeholders.

This job will focus on the following and more:

• Develop collection forms and procedures for datasets required for accurate mapping, such as address data, parcel data, property (CAMA) data, and more from municipalities, councils of government, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date broadband maps, showing the availability and adoption of broadband service, including publication of map data through the CT Geodata Portal and the CT Broadband Mapping Portal.
• Perform advanced technical data processing and cleaning to aggregate and organize existing data sets and create new datasets.
