The Harvard Center for Geographic Analysis, together with Harvard Data Science Initiative, is organizing a two-day conference on
Evaluating the Science of Geospatial AI, co-sponsored by Esri and several other organizations. The event begins in the afternoon of Thursday, May 16th highlighting the promises of geospatial AI through Friday, May 17th with speakers that examine the
wider implications of geospatial AI. More information on the conference, including a
Preliminary Program, is
online.
We are quickly finalizing the program. There are still a few slots open in the lightning sessions.
We welcome nominations for lightning speakers, including self-nominations. Each lightning presenter is expected to give a brief presentation (5-minute), showcasing GeoAI’s achievements in technology or an application field. The two parallel tracks for
Lightning talks are in the afternoon of May 16th, 2024.
Please submit your nominations via
this form. Nomination is not a guarantee for a presentation slot. We will notify all nominators of the acceptance decision by
March 15th.
Best wishes,
Wendy Guan (on behalf of the organizing committee)
