Dear UConn Undergraduate and Graduate Students:

You have an opportunity to run for a very important position: Student Trustee.

Applications and packet information is currently available for those who want to run for either the Undergraduate or Graduate Student Representative to the Board of Trustees. All undergraduate students and all graduate students at all campuses are eligible to run.

Information about the position and application materials are available at www.vote.uconn.edu under the "Spring 2024 Joint Election Run for Office" blue button, also directly linked here: https://vote.uconn.edu/jointelections-run-for-office/

Application materials (Part I and II) are due Friday, February 9, 2024 at noon.

Student Governments on multiple campuses (but not all) are also soliciting intents to run for their positions, and may have later deadlines. More information on those campuses and deadlines can also be found here: https://vote.uconn.edu/jointelections-run-for-office/

Voting will take place on UConntact from March 5th at noon to March 7th at noon and include both Trustee positions, applicable student government positions and constitutional referenda, as well as potential fee affirmations and referenda. Notices about voting will be sent when the polls open.
