StatVentures Address Geolocation Challenge

This month, our partners at the U.S. Census Bureau launched StatVentures Address Geolocation Challenge, to scout technology through collaborations with innovators outside the government to improve the way that residential addresses are geolocated in remote or rural areas. Through multi-phase competitions, the program invites participants to propose new concepts that could ultimately become the Census Bureau’s next methods and data sources.

If your concept hits the spot, it could be awarded up to $10,000, a place in an elite innovator cohort and ultimately become the next data source for the U.S. Census Bureau. StatVentures will be accepting concept notes for innovative ideas in Phase 1 of the challenge, from March 11-April 19, 2024.

Learn more about StatVentures and how to submit a concept note that sets you apart at an information session on one of the following dates: March 6, 21, or April 12 at 2-3 p.m. ET.
